The return process was annoying from the start. I had to email more than once just to get a basic update, which made it feel like nobody was really keeping track of it unless I chased them.

The refund didn’t show up when they said it would, and the replies I got were slow and kind of vague. I was just sitting there waiting, with no clear idea of what was actually happening.
Overall, it wasn’t worth the hassle for me. If getting money back is this difficult, it makes me hesitant to order from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes and had a simple question about the tracking, so I emailed them right away like a normal person expecting a normal reply.

Days went by with nothing. I tried the contact form too, which apparently goes straight to the Department of Vanishing Messages, because the response was either useless or nonexistent.
I get that delays happen, but having to chase for basic info is ridiculous. Their customer service felt like the Bare Minimum Brigade, and I would not order again unless they seriously fix how they respond to people.

I don’t know, the designs just didn’t really do it for me. A lot of them looked kind of cheap, and not in a modern or trendy way. I was expecting something a bit nicer, but most of it felt outdated, like... just not my style at all.

I ordered a pair of heels from Onlymaker, and the shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which made it kind of frustrating.
The package did arrive in good condition, so that part was fine. I just wish delivery had been faster or at least clearer, and it would’ve been nice to actually reach a real person instead of feeling like I was just waiting with no human contact...

I had a feeling this wasn’t going to be worth the price, using it just confirmed that for me. The quality feels kind of cheap, especially considering how much it costs. I really wanted to be proven wrong, but it just didn’t feel like a good buy.

The shoes looked really nice online, so I was expecting something decent. Unfortunately, once they arrived, they felt cheap in person. The sole started peeling after only two wears, which is frustrating. I was polite about giving them a chance, but the quality just isn’t there

It just didn’t look like the pictures. I was expecting one thing, and then when I saw it in person it felt totally different. Maybe the photos were edited or just taken in really flattering lighting, I don’t know, but yeah… not what I thought I was getting.

It’s decent overall and the material feels fine, but it doesn’t seem super sturdy, so I’m not sure how long it’ll hold up. I also tried asking customer service about it and got transferred around, which was annoying. Not terrible, but I expected a little better...

I really wanted these to work because they look decent, but they were not comfortable for me at all. I wore them for a day out and after maybe an hour my feet were already hurting. They felt stiff and started rubbing in a few spots, and by the end of the day I couldn’t wait to get them off. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t have much faith they’d do anything helpful. They’re fine if you only care about the look, but for actually wearing them for a while, I wouldn’t buy them again.

I’m still waiting on my replacement pair, the exchange has taken way longer than it should. For what I paid, I expected much better service.

I really wanted to like these because they looked so nice online, but once I put them on, the heel was way higher than I expected and super wobbly. I could barely walk normally, it felt like I was one wrong step away from twisting my ankle. They’re definitely not comfortable for standing around or going out. I think shoppers deserve clearer info about the actual heel height and how hard they are to balance in, because that would’ve helped me make a better decision.

The tracking was no help at all . It sat on “label created” for days , then out of nowhere switched to “in transit” without showing any real location or update .
The delivery date kept changing , and my order still didn’t show up when they said it would . Customer service basically just told me to wait . Really frustrating , and I don’t think I’ll order from onlymaker.com again .

I really wanted to like onlymaker because they have some cute styles, but the options for wide feet felt limited. A lot of the shoes I liked either didn’t come in wide at all, or the sizing details were vague enough that I didn’t feel confident ordering.

The plus-size availability was frustrating too. Some styles looked promising, but then the larger sizes were sold out or just not listed. When I reached out to support, I felt like they were blaming me for not checking carefully enough instead of acknowledging the issue. It just left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll shop there again.
